HELPSTON CHAINGANG SATURDAY
As per last week, there's a Saturday morning Chaingang from Helpston, where various riders from around the area, meet up and have a fast, through and off session, with no waiting.
Lindsay and myself will be doing it again this week and can meet up with any clubmates at Helpston at 9.30am for an hour steady warm up, followed by an hour of Chaingang (10.30am), if there is one (if not we'll start our own) and then ride home.

We should all get 2 1/2/3hrs in, with a hard/fast hour thrown in.

Lindsay and I will help you/show you the ropes//keep an eye out for you if you don't know what a Chaingang is.
