As a result of the fantastic support for our Post Lockdown Wednesday night time trials over the past few week, the club have decided add another eight Sunday morning events (OK one’s Bank Holiday Monday) to our 2020 Race Calendar.
These events will include two more Bluebell 10 mile events, the popular Helpston Classic over three laps of the Bluebell circuit. There will also be a couple of 25 mile TT’s on the Old A1 (one starting at Alconbury, the other at Connington, the Club 25 Championship and the Cullip Cup. We’ll also be running the Championship 10 mile between Sawtry and Stilton, also on the Old A1. Then there’s the two stage Hill Climb at Ketton/Collyweston and we wrap the season up with the Place to Place, which is normally the season pipe opener and is 21 miles between Folksworth and Oundle and round the Morborne Hill loop.
The events will form the Club’s new format Championship Series and details on exactly how that will work will be published early next week.
These TT’s are aimed at Club members but guests are welcome, however we do ask that after two races non Fenland riders join the club, either first of second claim and help with marshalling and other race day duties.
All events will have advanced online entry. For full list of events and entry details click here
