A good group of nine riders went out on Sunday morning (2 July) on one of our fast training rides. Steve Kaye, Paul Lilley, David O'Brien, Dave Butler, Evander Wishart, Harry Tozer, Phil Merritt, Jerry Norman, and Simon Pitchford. We averaged 20.2mph for about 50 miles. Good bit of fun at the end getting a bit punchy and a few controlled sprints. Well done all.
