START: West end of Fotheringhay (map ref TL056933) proceed through Fotheringhay and where turn left opposite church towards Nassington. Proceed through Nassington and on into Wansford, turn left at ‘T’ junction. Turn left just outside Wansford , follow this road until a T- junction where turn left and proceed towards Kingscliff. Turn left in Kingscliff to Apethorpe. Follow through Apethorpe, continue through Apethorpe, continue through Woodnewton and on to Fotheringhay and FINISH at the start. (14 miles approx)
